1) No Refunds (Digital Access)
Access to the Chandamama Digital Library is a digital service delivered instantly. As noted in our Terms, payments are non‑refundable once completed.
2) Duplicate/Accidental Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same account, email support@chandamamavault.com with proof of duplicate charge. Verified duplicates will be reversed to the original payment method.
3) Payment Issues
For failed, pending, or timeout transactions, the gateway/bank may auto‑reverse within 5–7 business days. If not, contact us with your payment reference/UTR to investigate.
4) Account & Access Problems
If you do not receive access after successful payment, contact support with your email and payment reference. We will promptly restore access.
5) Cancellations
Subscriptions are lifetime access for a one‑time fee; there is no recurring billing to cancel.
